72-Hour Heat Pack – Plant Shipping Add-on

Cold-weather shipping add-on — CA$4 per heat pack.

Add one heat pack per parcel, not one per plant. Purchase it in the same basket as your plants so everything ships together.

Add-on only: This item must accompany a new or existing unshipped plant order. Heat packs do not ship separately. Please contact us before purchasing for an existing order. Standalone purchases without a qualifying plant order will be cancelled and refunded.

Rated for up to 72 hours of warmth. Actual performance depends on packing and conditions. Transit may exceed 72 hours; a heat pack does not protect the parcel throughout a longer journey and cannot guarantee protection against freezing temperatures or delays.

During cold weather, please contact us before ordering if your destination may require a longer journey so we can review shipping options.

Plants sold separately. This product contains one heat pack.
