Refund policy

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live tissue culture plants, Leaf and Light Plants does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please inspect your plants upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, appears contaminated, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at using our contact form with your order number and clear photos of the affected plants and packaging. Where possible, photograph any concerns before opening the tissue culture containers.

We will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please do not send plants back without contacting us first.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
